    Opportunity:
    We have an opportunity to recruit a passionate sales representative to join our existing team. You will be responsible for selling new and discontinued parts to our extensive customer base. Sales requires excellent communication skills, the ability to confidently speak to our customers on a daily basis via phone and email, and enthusiastically convert. Previous sales experience is beneficial, and the ability to speak English is essential to serve our global customers.

    Sales Responsibilities Include:
    Proactively initiate outbound calls to potential customers in our CRM database to generate sales opportunities by understanding customer needs.
    Ensure timely responses to all customer inquiries from web, phone, email and chat while providing excellent customer service and finding solutions to their problems.
    Prepare quotes to be sent in a timely manner.
    Build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers through regular phone follow-ups.
    Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed assigned sales goals.

    Sales Requirements:
    English speaking is essential.
    Confident communication via phone and email.
    Accurately multi-task in a stressful environment.
    Computer proficiency and sales experience are preferred.
