ALLEN-BRADLEY PARTS
Spare parts for the systems you depend on
From a controller replacement to an operator-panel refresh, start with the hardware already on your machine. Explore the Allen-Bradley families below, then check the complete reference, series and configuration before choosing a part.
Start with the manufacturer and full part number. Use the checks below to prepare the equipment details, supplier documents and delivery requirements for your enquiry.
COMPANY DOCUMENTS
Prepare for supplier approval
Tell us which company documents your purchasing team needs. Include your approval checklist and any required format so we can confirm what is available for review.
Check the full part number and hardware revision against your equipment. Include related components where relevant, and have your engineer review the proposed replacement.
Provide the destination, required arrival date and any receiving restrictions. Review the proposed dispatch date, shipping method and packing requirements against your schedule.
Check whether the quotation covers the complete unit or an individual component. List any accessories, connectors or cables you need separately.
COMMON PARTS QUESTIONS
Answers before you order
Review the questions below for guidance on product identification, condition, warranty and delivery. Contact our team for details specific to your equipment or order.
Send the complete catalog number, quantity and a clear label photo. Include the hardware series and firmware revision where available, plus packaging requirements, delivery destination and deadline. If the number is unreadable or the part is not listed, share photographs and mark any uncertain characters instead of guessing.
02
Do the hardware series and firmware matter?
Record both where available and specify any version your application requires. A newer revision is not automatically suitable for every installation. Rockwell Automation's compatibility information and release notes should be reviewed alongside the controller, software and connected products before your engineering team approves the offered version.
03
Can I source older PLC-5 or SLC 500 parts?
Check the lifecycle status of the exact catalog number and distinguish a like-for-like spare from a migration project. Rockwell Automation provides lifecycle information and migration guidance for legacy platforms. Confirm availability of a new, unused unit, its packaging and lead time for each offer; a suggested migration is not a drop-in replacement approval.
04
What must I check for PowerFlex or Kinetix?
Provide the complete drive catalog number and the motor nameplate details. For PowerFlex, identify the supply and motor ratings, control requirements and installed options. For Kinetix, include the motor, feedback and cable references. Review the proposed combination against the applicable selection and installation documentation before ordering.
05
Is screen size enough to replace a PanelView?
Screen size alone is not enough. Confirm the complete terminal catalog number, supply voltage, operator input, communications and panel cutout. Application and software requirements also need review. Rockwell Automation's PanelView migration guides identify conversion considerations, including adapter kits and application changes where applicable.
06
Are the parts new, and which accessories are included?
We supply only new, unused products. Confirm the packaging and which connectors, terminal blocks, memory devices, cables or other accessories are included. Ask for photographs and available item records where required, and review the warranty and return terms stated in the quotation.
07
Does a listing confirm stock and dispatch?
A listing does not confirm current stock or a dispatch date. Ask for availability and the estimated dispatch time for your exact reference and quantity. For a shutdown requirement, provide the destination and required arrival date, then review the shipping method and any timing assumptions in the quotation.
08
Can I use a different Allen-Bradley reference?
State whether your priority is an exact replacement or a planned change. Similar model numbers and housings do not establish interchangeability. An alternative may involve changes to software, wiring, communications or mounting, so have your engineering team assess the relevant manufacturer documentation before you accept a different reference.
Include the manufacturer, part number and quantity for each item, plus your delivery destination and required date. Add label photos or equipment details if a reference is unclear.
